Our programs combine safety, exclusivity and luxury and are executed in a friendly and fun manner. All of our tours are planned from scratch. The more information you provide for us, as to your tastes, interests, likes and dislikes etc, the better. This will enable our team of highly skilled travel consultants to pick up on your personality and spirit, so we can create the perfect itinerary for you. We can take things fast or slowly, organize a trip based on your spirit of adventure or your thirst for cultural experience – just let us know what you want!

A good mix of a structured itinerary, along with free time to explore independently, is generally how our clients prefer to travel. Clients will receive a complete preparation guide and tour program prior to traveling. However, what makes Window of Thailand stand out from the crowd is our flexibility, which allows you to be spontaneous. All tour programs can be altered as and when you wish. Our clients say that the thing they like about traveling with us is that they have control over what they do on a day to day basis. Who knows? Maybe you’ll enjoy your time in the north of Thailand so much that you want to stay a couple of extra days and cut your time in the south. All you would do is chat with your guide who will make all of the arrangements to change your itinerary.

We endeavor to provide you with one guide, who will look after you through out your trip. As your guide gets to know you, he or she will be able to suggest other interesting places or activities that will interest you. Also, if you have completed the day’s itinerary in good time and wish to continue exploring, your guide will be on hand with ideas and options. All clients are given contact numbers for your program organizer who can advise you and give any help required to make you trip as enjoyable as possible.

With our network of contacts throughout Thailand, we can offer a travel program which the standard tourist would not be able to experience. Whether it’s attending a local ceremony or sourcing the most exquisite restaurants, our guides make sure that they keep their finger on the pulse when it comes to what’s going on in each destination. Thailand’s premier hotels and resorts are ranked among the finest in the world with their superb architecture, wonderful ambience and unrivalled level of service. Our expert knowledge of these properties allows our consultants to determine which style of accommodation is most appropriate for you. All of our accommodations are comfortable, some more remote and some more central in location. But all of them provide a first class service and excellent facilities.
However, if you wish to experience, for example, a home-stay program at the elephant camp in Chiang Mai or a 2 day trekking program in the jungles of Umphang, I am sure you can imagine that these accommodations will provide very little in the way of luxury. What you will get though, is a natural and real experience of the Thai way of life.

When designing your travel program, please let us know as much as possible about your accommodation tastes. Do you have a preference as to whether you stay in a hotel or resort? Have you a particular liking for spa accommodation or old properties which are steeped in history and culture? Should we place you in a contemporary or traditional setting? Although all of our recommended accommodations are first class properties, these points will help us develop the best option to suit you.

The Whole Experience

We have an outstanding reputation for looking after our clients before, during and after their trip.

Prior to traveling, we work closely with you and your travel agent to put together the perfect itinerary for you. Once we are all happy that this has been achieved, you will receive a pack which will help you prepare for your trip.
This will contain the following:

• Your complete tour itinerary, including all accommodation, meal and transport information. Approximate journey durations will also be specified.
• Information regarding time zones, currency, visa requirements, weather and climate, insurance and medical requirements and customs regulations.
• A list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping areas and other attractions around the vicinity of your accommodations (with maps), so you can get a broader view of what you can do in your free time.
• A recommended reading list, so you can broaden your knowledge of Thailand before you embark on your trip.
• Details referring to Thai customs, appropriate dress code, helpful Thai phrases and other general practical travel information, such as what to bring.

All of our programs include domestic flights and surface transportation, which we time to fit well with your touring to avoid waiting around. Private cars are used to transfer to and from each airport in all destinations. Admission fees to places of interest, as well as taxes and service charges, are all included in your tour cost. Where stated on your itinerary, meals are also included. Generally, breakfast is taken at the hotel and lunch is included in the day’s activities. Some days your tour will also include evening meals. Just check your tour program to see exactly what is included in the cost.

At the end of your adventures in Thailand, a representative from Window of Thailand will arrange to meet with you, at your own convenience, to check that all of our services have been met by the standards which you expect and deserve. It is important for us to listen to the comments and opinions of our clients in order that we constantly strive to develop and improve our services.
